Our luxury condo consists of 1,750 square feet. It is only one of two lofts in the exclusive 50 unit complex called Kaan Ha. This makes our condo high demand. All furnishings and blinds are custom designed to distinguish our home from its competition.

On the first floor you will find a living room with a tailor-made sofa and loveseat that open to a queen and full bed.

There is also the convenience of a first floor full bathroom.

The spacious kitchen and dining room allow for dining in or you may want to have a drink or meal on one of the 4 terraces.

Open the doorway from the dining room to find your own private splash pool and quaint sitting area surrounded by beautiful gardens and pools.

There is also a first floor laundry room to use for your convenience.

Our second floor boasts an oversized master and guest bedroom.

The master has an extravagant king bed and offers a full luxury bathroom in addition to a large walk in closet. A 50 inch HD television and security box are extra conveniences. There is also a private balcony offering scenic views of the pools, private lake and golf course.

The guest room includes a queen bed, substantial storage space, a 50 inch HD television, a personal mini refrigerator and security box. It also has its own luxury full private bath and a balcony overlooking the impressive Mayan jungle.

Each room throughout our home has its own air conditioner with a climate controlled remote.

All materials are of the highest upgrades including artisan tile, marble, Quartz and Silestone.

Please allow us to give you a little history about us and how we came to make Kaan Ha our home. We are retired teachers who have had a passion to travel throughout our lives.

I taught Spanish and was always drawn to Mexican and Hispanic culture. Donna cherished her time in South America also acquiring a deep appreciation of its people and heritage. As a result, a vast majority of our vacations have been to Spain, Mexico and other Spanish speaking islands and countries. Our goal was to never visit the same destination more than once because of all the beautiful places in the world.

But that all changed in 2017 when we vacationed at the Bahia Principe Residences. Our hearts were won over and we have been going there ever since!

The Bahia Principe Residences are located in the Mexican Mayan Riviera approximately 30 miles south of Playa de Carmen and 20 miles north of trendy Tulum. We love its location because it is outside major cities’ tourism and congestion, and it is situated in a serene ecological environment. Wonderful, fun and surreal excursions are only a short distance away. At Bahia Principe Residences it feels as if you are the owner of the entire resort. The overall amenities and service are the best we have experienced. The food and drinks are incredible. The crystal clear Caribbean Sea is a true tropical getaway.

The infinity pools are soothing with breathtaking views. The golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II is the best in the Mayan Riviera and is a stone throws away from our condo.

Most of all, the people in the community are beyond kind, outgoing and helpful. You are warmly welcomed and considered family.
